A line object may consist of straight line segments, or it may be one of the following special types of line objects.

Lines in a data base file consist of the following attributes or details which may be set in the Attributes/Line command located in the Computations task. Note that a line may have more than one segment (i.e. it may have bends), and that by definition, a point exists at each bend as well as at the start and end of any line.
