Measurement Data

The measurement data displayed will be determined by the measurement types associated with the selected point.

Setups Description
Setup Count The number of instrument setups associated with the point.
Measurements Description
Measurement Count The number of measurement setups associated with the point.
Total Station Raw Measurement Expand the node to view a summary of the total station measurement.

Level Measurement Expand the node to view a summary of the Level measurement.

The total station measurements that display is dependent on the measurement settings used when collecting the data:

Total Station Measurements Description
Total Station Setup The instrument setup station and orientation method.
Instrument Instrument used to observe the measurement.
Instrument Height Height of instrument.
Horizontal Angle The observed horizontal angle.
Zenith Angle The observed vertical angle.
Slope Distance The observed slope distance.
Horizontal Distance The observed horizontal distance to the target.
Vertical Distance The observed vertical distance to the target.
Target Height Edit the target height.
Reflector The reflector used to observe the distance measurement. See Reflectors to view the details.
Targeting Mode The method used to position the cross hairs on the target.
Measurement Purpose Select the purpose of the measurement.
Date/Time Date and time of the observation.
Code Measurement code.

The following GNSS measurement details display:

GNSS Measurements Description
GNSS Reference Setup The instrument setup station.
Receiver Name Name of the rover receiver.
Antenna Name The name of the rover antenna
Antenna Height Height of the rover antenna
Horizontal CQ The initial estimate (as computed by the GNSS receiver) of the precision of the GNSS horizontal position.
Vertical CQ The initial estimate (as computed by the GNSS receiver) of the precision of the GNSS vertical position.
Start Time The start time of the GNSS observation.
End Time The end time of the GNSS observation.
Code Do one of the following:
  • Click the box, then type the new code.
  • Click the box then click Edit selected item. In the Code dialog, select a code from the list.
Select a layer lookup table in the Coding Processing Options to view or enter mapped field codes.

The following level measurement details display:

Level Measurements Description
Level Run Name of the Level Run.
Instrument Instrument used to observe the measurement.
Type The type of level observation:
  • Foresight
  • Backsight
  • Intermediate site
Staff Reading The observed staff reading. Negative values indicate the staff is inverted.
Distance The distance from the instrument to the observed point.
Staff The staff used for the measurement. See Staves to view the details of each staff.
Date/Time Date and time of the observation.
Notes
  • Distances and vertical angles are displayed in the current units.
