Included Clear the box to remove the observation from any validation or processing.
Status Processed - The GNSS observation has not been processed.
Processed - The GNSS observation has been successfully processed and the resultant coordinates has been used to update the vertex.
Processed - The GNSS observation has been modified and it is recommended that the observations are reprocessed.
Processed - The GNSS observation has been processed however errors were detected in the data.
Processed - A tolerance has been exceeded.
Point Name The name of the observed point.
Target Vertex The unique identifier of the vertex that will be updated when the GNSS observation is processed.
Coordinate Class The class given to the measured point.
Antenna Height The height of the rover antenna
Position Class An indication of the quality of the GNSS position and the survey method used..
Horizontal CQ The initial estimate (as computed by the GNSS receiver) of the precision of the GNSS horizontal position.
Vertical CQ The initial estimate (as computed by the GNSS receiver) of the precision of the GNSS vertical position.
Start Time The start time of the GNSS observation.
End Time The end time of the GNSS observation.
Static Checked if the GNSS measurement mode was 'Static'.
Network Checked if the measurement mode was Network.
Epochs The number of epochs for the GNSSS observation.
Satellites The number of GNSSS satellites used to determine the GNSS position.
HDOP Horizontal dilution of precision at the time of the GNSSS observation.
VDOP Vertical dilution of precision at the time of the GNSSS observation.
PDOP 3D dilution of precision at the time of the GNSSS observation.
GDOP Geometric dilution of precision at the time of the GNSSS observation.
GPS Checked if GPS satellites were used to determine the position.
GLONASS Checked if GLONASS satellites were used to determine the position.
Galileo Checked if Galileo satellites were used to determine the position.
BeiDou Checked if BeiDou satellites were used to determine the position.
QZSS Checked if QZSS satellites were used to determine the position.
SBAS Corrections broadcast from geostationary satellites were used to determine the position.
Measurement Purpose Click the box to edit the purpose of the measurement.
Code Do one of the following:
  • Click the box, then type the new code.
  • Click the box then click Edit selected item. In the Code dialog, select a code from the list.
Select a layer lookup table in the Coding Processing Options to view or enter mapped field codes.
Horizontal Targeting Error Used in adjustment this is an estimate of the accuracy in which a rover antenna can be held horizontally over the point.
Click the box to edit the estimated error for the observation. Alternatively, type global values in the Processing Options.
Vertical Targeting Error Used in adjustment this is an estimate of the accuracy in which a rover antenna can be held vertically over the point.
Click the box to edit the estimated error for the observation. Alternatively, type global values in the Processing Options.
Variance Scale Factor Click to edit the variance scale factor for the observation.
Tilt Compensated Indicates if the tilt compensator was used to adjust the target height..
Notes
  • Select a GNSS measurement node in the left-hand pane to display the related data in the right-hand pane.
  • To control the columns that are displayed, right-click on the data grids column header, select Columns and click the column to display or hide.
  • Monitor the Status of the observation and reprocess when necessary.
  • While the Horizontal CQ and Vertical CQ boxes are not editable, the covariance estimate can be scaled using the Variance Scale Factor.
  • Select Unknown or New in the Measurement column for feature processing to apply edits to the measurement Code.
  • Only one status symbol is displayed per observation. Resolving a Modified symbol may expose a Error or Warning symbol.
  • Results must be processed (not simply validated) to resolve Modified status symbols as a validation does not apply the changes.
