Do one of the following:
- Select the checkbox to interpret the radius as 3 dimensional, and view arc geometry properties in 3 dimensions.
- Clear the checkbox to interpret the radius as 2 dimensional and view arc geometry properties in 2 dimensions. In Plan view the arc will display as a circular arc. In 3d view the line will be drawn on the 3 dimensional plane constructed from vertices defined for the arc.

- For partial transition curves, the bearing is the tangent bearing of the full transition curve.

The 2 dimensional radius at the start of the transition curve.

- A negative radius indicates the transition curve direction is anticlockwise.
- Displayed when the direction of the transition is from minimum radius to maximum radius for a full transition curve.
