The Code Table Spreadsheet is displayed after selecting the Table View option in the Open Code Table dialog box or the New Code Table dialog box. This spreadsheet can be used as an alternative to the code table editor dialog box for editing code tables.
Refer to the following menus for details about the various commands available:

| Cells: | Display the data in the currently open code table and to select the active cell enabling its
value to be edited. The currently active cell is highlighted with a border. The currently active cell is selected by clicking the required cell with the mouse or by using the arrow or Tab keys to move the border to the required cell. |
| Columns: | The "List" column is used to select whether the feature code is to be displayed in the appropriate feature code selection lists.
For example, if you do not want a particular feature code to be displayed in the selection lists, simply toggle the field to NO.
