Code Table Spreadsheet: File Menu

On selecting the file menu from the Code Table Spreadsheet the following commands become available.

Command	Used to
Save	Save any changes to the currently open Code Table
Import	Import a CODETABLEXML xml file into the currently open code table. The xml file may have been created previously by exporting a code table using the Export function. During the import function, the user will be given the option to merge existing codes by either retaining the existing ones in the code table or overwriting with the imported ones.
Export	Export to a tab text (*.txt) file or export to XML. Export XML... Creates an XML document compliant with the CODETABLEXML-CODES Schema. Code Table Export Format Dialog box becomes available.
Print	Run the Print dialog for producing a print of the code table.
Print Setup	Display the Print Setup dialog box to set the page layout for a printout of the currently open Code Table Spreadsheet.
Exit	Exit the Code Table Spreadsheet.
