Nearly all commands can be used as tools which can be placed in the Toolbar. Once a command is added to the toolbar, it is available to run from any task.

The tools documented in the following topics are the Block tool, the Viewing tools, and the Calculator tool. These tools are commonly used in conjunction with other commands. The Viewing tools are used to modify the view of the data base so that graphic elements can be clearly seen and identified.
