Resizes the Toolbar.
The size of a docked Toolbar is based upon the size of the Application window. The length of the Toolbar is always the length or height of the Application window depending upon its position. Reducing or enlarging the size of the Application window will resize the Toolbar.
The shape of a floating toolbar can be changed by clicking on the edge of the toolbar and dragging it into the desired shape. The variation in shape options is dependent on the number of buttons that appear in the toolbar.
