Creating a Long Section

This procedure is used to create a Long Section object.

1. Ensure that the required data base is open.
   Refer to the procedures for creating or opening a data base.
2. Select the appropriate Profiles/Profile/Long Section command depending on the method by which you wish to generate a long section:
   
   • by Alignment
   • by Line
   • by Point Range
   • by Two Points
   Ensure that you complete the fields and make the appropriate selections, including the Parameters options to achieve the desired long section.
