Control	Description
OK	Create the text or leader.
End	End the creation of the leader.
Insert	Insert an additional vertex into the leader.
Back	Remove the previously inserted vertex from the leader.
Abort	Abort the creation of the leader or text.

Notes

Leader objects are created on the active layer.
The layers text and leader display properties are used if a style is not selected.
If a leader property is set to 'By Layer', changing the layers leader display properties will automatically change the leader object.
In the Attributes tool, editing the leaders appearance properties clears the Update Appearance box. Click the box to update the appearance attributes with the current leader style settings. If the leader style is 'None', the leader is updated with the current layer display settings.
In the Attributes tool, editing the leaders position properties clears the Update Position box. Click the box to update the position properties with the current leader style settings. If the leader style is 'None', the leader is updated with the current layer display settings.
Text created using the leader method is linked to the leader.
Text and leaders are created in the x-y plane only.
You can connect a leader to an existing object, using the Merge Vertex tool, however ensure the leaders vertices and linked text share the same height as the objects vertex prior to merging. Caution should be used when modifying leaders that share vertices with other objects as the leader and associated text must remain planar.
While you are displaying and examining objects using a User Coordinate System, leaders and text can only be created if the User Coordinate is two dimensional.
If a leader is moved, the location of the landing will not change.
You cannot delete vertices in a leader that define the landing.
If the text linked to the leader is moved the leader is redrawn.
