- LISCAD CAD objects are considered visible if they are on a layer that is turned on.
- Objects that can be imported from LISCAD CAD include: Symbols, Lines, Arcs, Circles, Splines, Polygons, Text and Images, as well as definitions for symbols, line styles and hatching.
- Files created with LISCAD CAD 10.0 or later are supported.
- In LISCAD CAD printer settings are stored on the local machine. Default printer settings may be used if the LISCAD CAD project was created on another machine. This may cause the sheet layout properties to differ from the original LISCAD CAD project.
- A drawing is created for each sheet imported from LISCAD CAD. For each drawing created, a viewport is created on the active layer that displays the contents of the LISCAD CAD sheet.
- Prior to importing, configure the model views Plan Unit Scale in Display Options to match the LISCAD CAD plot scale.
- Non-TrueType text will be imported with a different size, spacing and location. You can edit these text properties in the Attributes tool.
