Circle by Centre

Create a line (circular arc) using one of the following methods:

• Circle by Centre and Radius
• Circle by Centre and Edge

• Creates a two dimensional circular arc that starts and ends at the same vertex.
• Add a radius parameter to the Circle by Centre control code definition to indicate the method is Circle by Centre and Radius.
