Description |
Reference Line |
Insert the reference line. |
Edit Line |
Insert the line segment whose end vertex will be moved so that the line is parallel or orthogonal to the reference line.
Note:
- The end of the line segment you pick is significant as it determines the start and end vertex.
|
OK |
Click the button if you have typed the vertex id's of the line segment into the Edit Line box. |
|
Notes |
- Picking the line segment from the model view will move it instantly, providing a valid reference line is specified.
- The vertices height is not modified.
- The length of the line picked as the edit line will not be modified.
- You can move segments from lines or polygons.
- A lines bearing is not adjusted more than 45 degrees.
- If objects are displayed using a user coordinate system the location for the new vertex will be computed in the user coordinate system and the z value will not be modified.
