Click to open a Save As dialog to save a project file in the template folder. |

Notes |
- Specify the template folder in the General Options page.
- Save a project as a template to reuse the current projects configuration in a new project.
- Select the Close and compact checkbox in the Save As dialog, to close, validate and compact the project prior to saving it as a template.
- If validation issues are detected during the compact the project is re-opened and the validation view is displayed in the work area.
- You can save any data or project settings in a template including:
- Layers
- Coordinate Systems
- Units
- Display Settings
- Attribute Definitions
- Import and Export Options
- Coordinate Systems
- Lookup Tables
- Table Styles
- Text Styles
- Block Definitions
- CAD Drawing Templates
- Colour Settings
- Views
- Control Codes
- Plan Symbols

- Objects
- Any project files saved or copied to the template folder will be available in the template lists.
