Controls

The following properties allow control of the import.

General	Description
Import to Active Layer	Do one of the following: Select the checkbox to import the point cloud to the active layer. Clear the checkbox to import the point cloud to a new layer with the same name as the point cloud.

Notes

Individual scans within in the LAS/LAZ file will be imported as separate point clouds.
If a new layer is created with the name of the point cloud it is placed in the layer group specified for the layer template.
