Remove a height from a point.

Control Code Definition
A control code action 'Remove Height' is given a value 'RH'.

Measured Points
A point is assigned a code 'RF RH', where 'RF' is the feature code for a roof. Only a two dimensional position is required for the point.

• When the height is removed from a point the default height will be used.
• Processing fails if removal of the height from the vertex will break the geometry of a line.
