Insert linked text items into the text box.

Controls
Control Description
Insert Click to insert the selected property or attribute as linked text.
Format Text Click to format the linked text.
Close Click to return to the Draw Text dialog without inserting linked text.
List Columns
Column Description
Select Click in the column to select an attribute.
Name Attribute or property name.
Type Attribute type.
Source The origin of the attribute or property:
  • Project - The attribute or property is defined for the project.
  • Drawing - A property of the drawing.
  • Viewport(xx) - A property of the specified viewport.
Format Click Format text to define the format for non text attributes.
Note:
  • The formatting required depends on the attribute Type.
Notes
  • Insert the attributes one at a time.
  • Add project attributes or properties in the Attributes tool.
  • Only viewport properties valid for the active drawing are included in the list.
