Point Creation by Offset Intersection

Availability:	Computations module.
Menu Selection:	From the Computations task, select the Create/Point command and the Method/Offset Intersection command.
Functionality:	new point
Controls:	Point ID [Standard] From Point [Existing] Reference Direction [Bearing - Standard] Offset [Distance - Standard] From Point [Existing] Reference Direction [Bearing - Standard] Offset [Distance - Standard] Elevation [Standard]
Actions:	The OK Button creates the new point. Next
Notes:	The Elevation Control will only be available if the elevation attribute is active. The two From Point controls may contain the same or different point identifiers depending on whether the reference directions emanate from the same point or different points.
