The Elevation Control will only be
available if the elevation attribute is active.

There may be none, one or two possible solutions
for this algorithm. If there are two solutions, the Ambiguous Solution
dialog box will be displayed and the rubber band will be attached
to one of the solutions. Select the Reject button to toggle the
rubber band between the alternate solutions. Select the Accept button
to create the point at the currently highlighted solution.
