Point Creation by Co-ordinate Differences

Availability:	Computations module.
Menu Selection:	From the Computations task, select the Create/Point command and the Method/Co-ord. Differences command.
Functionality:	Creates a new point with the currently defined point attributes by co-ordinate differences from an existing point.
Controls:	Point ID [Standard] From Pt [Existing] Diff. East [Standard] Diff. North [Standard] Elevation Drop Down
Actions:	The OK Button creates the point. The new point identifier may also be determined by using the Next or Last buttons.
Notes:	The Elevation Drop Down will only be available if the elevation attribute is active. The co-ordinate difference controls and the slope control constitute a co-ordinate difference group .
