These controls allow the user to enter or select a Co-ordinate Difference,
provide the ability to modify the data and enable information regarding the
source of the data to be displayed.

- Keyboard entry of a valid co-ordinate difference
(Grid or Geographic)
- Can snap/accept to an existing line.
- Can snap/accept to two point objects.
- Can accept in space to obtain the co-ordinates
of that position (those positions) on the screen. This functionality
can be disabled or enabled via
Configuration Options
and the current status is indicated by the current
cursor.

- Transfer of valid co-ordinate difference from
calculator. (Angular value
if in Geographic mode).

- Displays the Point Identifiers if the co-ordinate
has been derived from existing points. This can be disabled or enabled
via Edit Tool Tips.
