Circle Creation by 3 Points

Availability:	Computations module.
Menu Selection:	From the Computations task, select the Create/Circle command and the Method/3 Points command.
Functionality:	existing radial points
Controls:	Radial Point [Existing] Radial Point [Existing] Radial Point [Existing]
Actions:	The OK Button creates the circle and new centre point.
Notes:	The new centre point created will be given the next construction point identifier and the attributes defined by the construction point code. The new circle created will be given the attributes currently defined line attribute.
