and the Method/Tangents & Radius command.

The OK Button creates the arc, the
end points of curvature and the centre point.

The Elevation Control will only be
available if the elevation attribute is active.

The new points created will be given the attributes
of the currently defined point
attribute
.

The identifier in the point identifier field
will be used for the first new point, and any subsequent new points
will automatically use the next unused point identifier.

The arc will be given the
line attributes currently defined.

The arc created will always subtend an angle
less than or equal to 180°.

The arc will be created between the first
point on the first reference line, the intersection point of the
two reference lines, and the second point on the second reference
line. The reference lines must be selected accordingly.
