and the Method/Radial Offset command.

The OK Button creates the arc and associated
points.

The Elevation Drop Down will only be available
if the elevation attribute is active.

The new points created will be given the attributes
of the currently defined point
attribute

The new points will automatically be given
the next unused point identifiers.

The arc will be given the
line attributes currently defined.

A positive radial offset creates an arc away
from the centre of the existing arc, a negative radial offset creates
an arc towards the centre of the existing arc.

If the system is in other than grid distances,
the offset used will be the grid offset computed at the first point
of the existing arc.
