Survey

(This functionality is available with the Survey Live module)

Used to perform a field survey. The Survey activity is accessed from the Survey Live main dialog.
Note that different commands are available depending on whether Survey Live was last configured for Total Station or GNSS instrument type.

Survey Live/Survey activity

Total Station

Item	Used to
Meas	Measure and automatically store a point.
Dist	Measure a distance and display the results on the observation page. Note: The point will not be stored until the Store button has been pressed.
Store	Store the currently measured point. Note: This button will not be active until the Dist button has been pressed.

GNSS

Item	Used to
Measure	Start measuring the current point. Only available when using the Coding, Observation and Offsets pages.
Stop	Stop measuring. Only available when using the Coding, Observation, Offsets and Auto pages and only after Measure or Start has been activated.
Store	Store the result of a measurement. Only available when using the Coding, Observation and Offsets pages and only after Stop has been selected.
Start	Start auto measuring. Only available when using the Auto Page. Measurements will be automatically stored according the Auto Points settings in the Configure/Survey page.
