Circle Creation by 2 Diameter Points

Availability:	Computations module.
Menu Selection:	From the Computations task, select the Create/Circle command and the Method/2 Diameter Points command.
Functionality:	existing diameter points
Controls:	Radial Point [Existing] Radial Point [Existing]
Actions:	The OK Button creates the circle and new centre point.
Notes:	The new circle created will be given the attributes of the currently defined line attribute. The new centre point created will be given the next construction point identifier and the attributes defined by the construction point code.
