| Branch Chainage |
Text: Chainage (Access Point or Branch Chainage (L) or Access Point or Branch Chainage (R) |
49_3A |
Line |
- Create text using the Access Point or Branch Chainage text style.
- When selecting the Object, select the downstream end of the pipe.
- Select the checkbox Select Vertex
- Click the Select Vertex control then select the vertex at the branch connection where you want to place the chainage text.
Note:
- Use the text style 'Access Point or Branch Chainage (L)' if you want the text to the left of the sewer pipe or 'Access Point or Branch Chainage (R)' if you want the text to the right of the sewer pipe.
- Text is placed perpendicular to the line.
|
| Branch Details |
Text: Combined (Branch Details) |
Branch |
Line representing branch |
- Select all, then use the text Rule group 'Sewer' to create text for access point names, sewer pipe inverts and branch details.
- Using the Move Object command, move the text to desired location.
- Align the text parallel to the branch using the modify Rotation command.
- Move the text to free space within the lot boundary.
Note:
- The text styles used in creating this text uses attributes that are automatically populated on export of a MRWA submission. Perform a trial export to view the full text that will be exported to AutoCAD.
|
| Property Service Number |
Text: Attribute (Property Service Number) |
16_4A |
|
- Select all, then create text using the text rule ' Property Service'.
- Rotate and move text to an appropriate location.
Note:
- Rotate the text parallel to the front of the lot using the modify Rotation tool.
- Use the modify Snap Vertex tool to align text with other property service numbers.
|
| Branch Ties |
Text: Offset (Tie Branch Offset) |
Branch |
Line and vertex |
- Create text using the offset text style 'Tie Branch Offset'.
- Pick the lot boundary line or the projection line where the tie will be measured to.
- Pick the end of branch point.
- Align the text on a temporary guide line inside the lot boundaries. Place text on the line using the Snap Vertex modify tool, then rotate the text perpendicular to the line where the tie was measured to, using the Rotation modify tool.
Note:
- Create this text one at a time selecting the branch point and the property boundary.
- If ties are measured to a title peg create a distance text style to insert the ties.
- For long property boundaries copy the text style and remove the carriage return to display tie text on a single line.
|
| Branch Projection Lines |
Line |
49-13A |
|
- Create a line to indicate where the tie is measured from when it is not to the nearby title boundary
|
| Branch Tie Arrow |
Line and Point with the Flow Plan Symbol |
49-13B |
|
Create only if tie distances are long or to clarify obscure dimensions.
- Create a line to indicate where the tie is measured to.
- Create a point with the 'Flow' plan symbol on one end of the line.
|
| Branch Features (Jump-Up or Reducer) |
Point with JORED plan symbol |
50_3A |
|
Note:
- Place a point centrally on the branch at the location of the jump-up or reducer.
- Insert the points vertex into the line representing the branch.
|
| Branch Projection Lines |
Line |
49_13A |
|
- Create a line to indicate where the tie is measured from when it is not to the nearby title boundary
|
| Branch Projection Line Arrows |
Line and Point with Flow plan symbol |
49_13B |
|
- Create a line to indicate where the tie is measured to when it is a longer distance or obscure.
- Create a point at the vertex of one end of the arrow shaft.
Note:
- Selecting by layer will automatically assign the correct colour and plan symbol.
|
| Spur Chainage |
Text: Chainage text style - (Miscellaneous Chainage (L) or Miscellaneous Chainage (R)). |
50_3A |
Line |
- Copy the Miscellaneous Chainage text style and change the format to OB {0}.
- Create chainage text using the edited Miscellaneous Chainage text style.
- When selecting the Object, select the downstream end of the branch.
- Select the checkbox Select Vertex
- Click the Select Vertex control then select the vertex at the spur where you want to place chainage text.
Note:
- Use the text style 'Miscellaneous Chainage (L)' if you want the text to the left of the branch or 'Miscellaneous Chainage (R)' if you want the text to the right of the branch.
- Text is placed perpendicular to the line.
- Where a jump-up occurs at the spur, copy the text style and edit the format to JU & OB {0}.
|
| Jump-Up Chainage |
Text: Chainage text style - (Miscellaneous Chainage (L) or Miscellaneous Chainage (R)). |
50_3A |
Line |
- Copy the Miscellaneous Chainage text style and change the format to JU {0}.
- Create chainage text using the edited Miscellaneous Chainage text style.
- When selecting the Object, select the downstream end of the branch.
- Select the checkbox Select Vertex
- Click the Select Vertex control then select the vertex at the Jump-Up where you want to place the text.
|
| Reducer Chainage |
Text: Chainage text style - (Miscellaneous Chainage (L) or Miscellaneous Chainage (R)). |
50_3A |
