Control Description
Heading Type the heading for the row.
Type Select the graphical presentation method:
  • Arrow - Represent each segment of the horizontal geometry as a double headed arrow with the segment type identified with text.
  • Graphic - Represent each segment of the horizontal geometry graphically with the segment type identified by the shape of the line.
Label Order Select the location of the segment length:
  • Length Above - Display the length of the segment above the segment. If the Type is set to 'Arrow' the segment type and radius are placed below the arrow.
  • Length Below - Display the length of the segment below the segment.
Row Height Type the height of the row that contains the horizontal geometry.
Note:
  • Type the value in mm if your Linear units are metric and inches if your Linear units are imperial.
Radius Format Click to format the radius.
Length Format Click to format the straight, transition and arc length distances.
Notes
  • Ensure the cell height is large enough to fit the associated text.
  • The length is displayed for linear segments
  • The length and radius is displayed for circular arc segments.
  • The length is displayed for transition curve segments
  • For 'Graphic' horizontal geometry rows, the graphical display of:
    • linear segments are represented as a straight line across the centre of the cell.
    • circular arcs indicates the direction of the curve (clockwise or anti-clockwise).
    • transition curves indicates if the curve is and entry or exit transition.
  • For 'Arrow' horizontal geometry rows:
    • A double ended arrow displays through the centre of the cell.
