- A connection to the Internet
- The licence must be validated periodically to allow it to continue to run the application.
- Typically there is no need to run this command because the update service will automatically validate the licence.

| Unable to communicate with the licensing service | Check the Internet connection and ensure a firewall is not blocking access to licensing web service. |
| Invalid Licence Code | The information sent to the licensing web service is invalid. |
| Computer date and time is incorrect | Check the date, time and time zone settings on the computer. |
| Expired Licence Code | The licence validated successfully but has expired. Contact the application representative. |
