| Unable to communicate with the licensing service | Check the Internet connection and ensure a firewall is not blocking access to the licensing web service. |
| Activation Code is already in use | The inserted activation code is already being used on another computer. |
| Computer date and time is incorrect | Check the date, time and time zone settings on the computer. |
| Activation on a Virtual PC is not supported | The activation code entered does not allow the application to run in a virtual environment. |
