Description |

Do one of the following:
- Click to add a new drawing based on the default [Blank] template.
- Click
and select the template to use to create the new drawing.

Edit the properties of the selected drawing. |
|
Copy the selected drawing and include the copied drawing in the same sheet set. |
|
Delete the selected drawing. |
|
Click to publish the selected drawings to the specified printer.
Note:
- If multiple drawings are selected, you will be given the option to merge. When printing to paper this allows for a double sided print, when printing to PDF this allows for multiple pages in the file.
- To merge, all the drawings must be configured with the same page size and printer.
- If you choose to merge and the drawings have different orientations, subsequent pages will be rotated to match the orientation of the first drawing that is printed.

Merge |
When batch plotting or printing multiple drawings at once you may be given the following options:

Merge all drawings. |
Merge all selected drawings into one file/print job.
Note:
- Only displays when all drawings use the same printer and page size.

Merge all drawings with the same sheet set. |
Merge all selected drawings with the same sheet set into a single print job or file.
Note:
- All selected drawings with the same sheet set must use the same printer and page size to be merged.
- If a sheet set is unnamed, it may be merged with other drawings whose sheet set is unnamed.

Don't merge any drawings. |
Print each drawing to a single page or file. |
Let me decide which sheet sets drawings to merge. |
Displays a list of sheetsets that are eligible to merge (same paged size and printer). Select the checkbox to merge drawings in the sheet set. |
Cancel |
Click to cancel printing of all the drawings. |

Notes |
- The Drawing Number must be unique across all drawings.
- The Sheet Number must be unique within each Sheet Set, however two different Sheet Sets can share same Sheet Numbers.
- The Drawing Number and Sheet Number are initially inherited from the template. If the number from the template is already used the number is incremented until a unique number is found.
- The printer is shown in grey if it is offline.
- The Drawing Number determines the print order or the order of the drawings when drawings are merged into a single PDF file.
- If a Sheet Set name is not validating, check the Sheet Number you have specified is unique for that Sheet Set.
- Click the column header to sort the drawings by the selected item. If you sort by Sheet Set name then the Sheet Number is also considered.
- Set the layers Plot control to
to include the layers objects in the plot.
- Ensure the Plot control for the viewports layer is set to
to plot the viewport and it's objects.
