Option Description
Merge all drawings. Merge all selected drawings into one file/print job.
Note:
  • Only displays when all drawings use the same printer and page size.
Merge all drawings with the same sheet set. Merge all selected drawings with the same sheet set into a single print job or file.
Note:
  • All selected drawings with the same sheet set must use the same printer and page size to be merged.
  • If a sheet set is unnamed, it may be merged with other drawings whose sheet set is unnamed.
Don't merge any drawings. Print each drawing to a single page or file.

Cancel Click to cancel printing of all the drawings.
Notes
  • The Drawing Number must be unique across all drawings.
  • The Sheet Number must be unique within each Sheet Set, however two different Sheet Sets can share same Sheet Numbers.
  • The Drawing Number and Sheet Number are initially inherited from the template. If the number from the template is already used the number is incremented until a unique number is found.
  • The printer is shown in grey if it is offline.
  • The Drawing Number determines the print order or the order of the drawings when drawings are merged into a single PDF file.
  • If a Sheet Set name is not validating, check the Sheet Number you have specified is unique for that Sheet Set.
  • Click the column header to sort the drawings by the selected item. If you sort by Sheet Set name then the Sheet Number is also considered.
  • Set the layers Plot control to Plot to include the layers objects in the plot.
  • Ensure the Plot control for the viewports layer is set to Plot to plot the viewport and it's objects.
  • Manage Drawing Views displays in the drawing view tab if you are editing a drawing.
  • Manage Drawing Templates displays in the drawing view tab if you are editing a drawing template.
