Control Description
Name Type the name of the view.
Description Type the description of the view.
Save Layer Visibility Do one of the following:
  • Select the checkbox to save the current layer visibility settings with the named view and apply these layer visibility settings when the view is selected.
  • Clear the checkbox to not save the layer visibility settings with named view. The layer visibility does not change when the named view is selected.
Save Display Options Do one of the following:
  • Select the checkbox to save the current display options with the named view and apply these display options when the view is selected.
  • Clear the checkbox to not save the display options with the named view. The display options do not change when the named view is selected.
Notes
  • The view is saved with the current 2 or 3 dimensional view type and the camera location.
  • If a user coordinate system is being used to display the data in the model view, the view is saved with the user coordinate system applied.
  • Deleting a user coordinate system that is used by a named view will also delete the named view.
