Create a Level Staff

Description

Create a level staff.

Access

Measurements / View / New Measurements View / All / Configuration / Levels

Controls

Control	Description
Name	Type a name to identify the staff.
Serial Number	Type the staff serial number.
Type	Type the staff description.
Expansion Coefficient	Type the linear expansion coefficient for the staff in ppm/°C
Calibration Temperature	Type the temperature that the linear expansion coefficient has been determined for.
OK	Click OK to create a new staff.
Cancel	Click Cancel to discard the changes.

Notes

Import measurements via an appropriate Data Import to automatically create the staff record.
You will reference the created staff from the level measurements.
Deleting a staff, deletes all measurements associated with the staff.
A staff is required prior to manually inserting level run measurements.
To edit a staff, select the item in the data grid and type a new value.
When viewing or editing a staff record created during the import process, some values are read only to maintain data integrity.
