Controls
General Description
Earth's Radius Radius of Earth used for curvature and refraction, and height corrections.
Default Height The height assigned to two dimensional vertices when a height is required for display and height correction.
Default Geoid Undulation Default geoid/ellipsoid separation. A negative value indicates the geoid is below the ellipsoid.
Ground Scale Description
Use combined scale factor Combined Scale Factor is applied when checked.
Combined Scale Factor Factor replacing point scale factor and height correction.
Point Scale Factor Factor used to calculate ground distances.
Notes
  • Some Earth's constants are only available for Plane coordinate systems.
  • The Default Geoid Undulation is used when:
    • An imported DBX job file or HEXML job file references a geoid model that cannot be located during the import process.
    • An imported file does not reference a geoid model and a geoid model is not configured for the projects coordinate system.
