List Controls	Description
Select	Select the checkbox, to identify the location to compute the offset from.
Distance	The distance from the start of the alignment.
Chainage	The chainage at the distance as specified in the chainage equations.

Notes

This dialog displays when creating a point by chainage and offset and there are multiple locations on the alignment with the keyed in chainage.
Click OK, to create the point using the selected distance along the alignment.
