Description |
Vertex |
In the model view, select the alignments vertex where the new chainage equation will be applied.
Note:
- The distance and back chainage are automatically filled using the alignment and the previous chainage equation.
|
Distance |
The two dimensional distance along the alignment from the start of the alignment.
|
Back Chainage |
The chainage of the selected vertex using the previous chainage equation. |
Chainage |
Type the new chainage at the vertex. |
|
Notes |
- Select an alignment in the model view prior to clicking the command to automatically select the Alignment.
- The Start Vertex row must be retained.
- Each vertex must have a chainage.
- Only a single chainage can be applied to a vertex in an alignment.
- The vertex column is not filled if you pick a vertex that is not used for the alignment.
|
Possible Errors |
- The vertex cell is highlighted and the distance and back chainage cells are not automatically populated if the vertex specified is invalid for the selected alignment.
