General |
Description |
Import Attributes |
Select if attributes are to be imported. |
Transformation |
If your imported data and your project is based on a different coordinate system, select the transformation to be applied to the imported objects. |
Lookup Tables |
Description |
Layer |
Select the Layer lookup table to be used during the import. |
Attribute Definition |
Select the Attribute Definition lookup table to be used during the import. |
A blank selection for a lookup table indicates that no lookup will be performed.

Notes |
- You can import points, multipoints, polylines and polygons from the Esri Geodatabase.
- You can import fields (attributes) from the Esri Geodatabase along with their domain ranges and/or coded values.
- To import a file containing geographic coordinates ensure the project is on a geocentric coordinate system or alternatively, select a suitable transformation during import.
- To import polylines and polygons as breaklines or boundaries, prior to import, edit the layer the object will be placed on and in the General tab, set Breakline to Yes or Boundary.
