The first point (pt 3) is assigned a code 'FCE ST, where 'FCE' is the feature code for fence and 'ST' starts a line sequence.
The following two points (pts 4 and 5) are assigned the code 'FCE'.
The fourth point (pt 6) is assigned the code 'FCE JTF'. The line closes back to point 3 and a new line sequence begins.
The fifth point (pt 7) is assigned the code 'FCE'.
