Offset Creation by Existing Points

Availability:	Computations module.
Menu Selection:	From the Computations task, select the Create/Offset command and the Method/Existing Points command.
Functionality:	existing point
Controls:	Reference Line [Standard] Offset Point [Existing]
Actions:	The OK Button creates the offset object.
Note:	The offset created will be given the currently defined line attributes..
