Produces a report in a user specified format of selected polygons and their attributes.
The report may be generated to the printer, a file or the screen.
The Report/Polygons command is selected from the Plan View Utilities task.

Compute area from rounded dimensions | Select whether header information is to be included in the report. Header information includes the details of the current data base at the head of the report. These details may also be viewed or edited in the Utilities/Edit/Details command. |
Select whether the rounded bearings and distances are to be used to compute the polygon area.
Refer to the Rounding and Precision topic.
This option is only available if the Rounding check box is selected in the Utilities/Display/Features command.

A polygon must be on a currently displayed group before it may be included in the report. Refer to the Utilities/Display/Groups command.
Polygons must also be selected for display in the Utilities/Display/Features command before a polygon report may be generated.
Be careful that you make the correct selections regarding rounding.
If you want rounded dimensions in the report, but want the area to be computed from precise dimensions, select the Rounding check box in Display/Features, but do not select the "Compute areas from rounded dimensions" check box.
If you want rounded dimensions in the report, and the area to be computed from the rounded dimensions, select the Rounding check box in Display/Features, and also select the "Compute areas from rounded dimensions" check box.
If you want precise dimensions and precise computed areas in the report, do not select the Rounding check box in Display/Features.
