The Tables/Template Editor command in the Utilities Task is used to open the template editor.
The template editor is used to create and edit libraries of templates that can then be used by the Template Implementation Set.
The Template Editor acts like an independent window. When a template file is open, it is split horizontally into two areas.
The top area displays a graphic representation of the currently selected template.
The lower area displays a grid, allowing the editing of the current template, and a tab control to allow the selection of different templates within that file.
For further reading on the structure of Templates and how to use them, refer to the Template Design and Structure help topic.
