Create Point from Scan Point

Availability:	Point Cloud module.
Menu Selection:	From the Point Cloud task, select the Edit/Create Point command.
Functionality:	Create new points with the currently defined point attributes at scan point locations.
Controls:	Point ID [New Only]
Actions:	Next
Notes:	In single object mode, you may snap to and accept an existing scan point to use that location for the new point. Or simply use the accept mouse button to use a scan point location without first identifying it. In Block Mode, select OK and new points will be created at the location of every scan point defined by the active Block.
