(This functionality is available with the Adjustment module)
Updates the co-ordinates in the database with the co-ordinates from the least squares adjustment editor.
You should not use this command until you have carried out a satisfactory adjustment using the Horizontal/Adjust command and selected "Yes" when prompted with "Update co-ordinates into spreadsheet"

Item | Used to |
Identifier | List the point identifiers of each point from the station window of the adjustment control file. |
Data Base | List the current data base co-ordinates of any of the station points that already exist in the database. |
Spreadsheet | List the co-ordinates from the station window of the spreadsheet which will be transferred to the database if OK is selected. |
Lines | If checked, all observation lines will be added to the database - The lines will have the same code as the currently set line attribute. Any points without a code, will have the same code as the currently set point attribute. |
Update | Transfer the points selected to the data base and close the dialog box. Only the highlighted points will be transferred. |
Close | Close the dialog box without transferring any points to the data base. |
Note
If the point being updated into the database is a new point, the description and code from the least squares control file editor will be used. If there is no description or code in the least squares control file editor, the default code will be used.
If the point being updated into the database is an existing point, the description and code from the least squares control file editor will be used. If there is no description or code in the least squares control file editor, the existing point’s code and description will remain as they were.
