(This functionality is available with the Computations module and the 3D Visualisation module)
Allows the deletion of existing line objects with an option to delete associated points.
The Edit/Delete/Lines command is selected from the Computations Task or the 3D Visualisation module .
You may then use the Delete Lines dialog box.
Snap to and accept an existing line object to have it deleted.
Alternatively click in the Line No field and key in the line number of the line object to be deleted followed by an Enter key or a click on the Delete button. Note that keying in two numbers separated by .. will delete a range of line objects. For example, 10..15 would result in line objects with the identifiers 10 to 15 being deleted.
Notes:
If a Block is active, then clicking the Delete button will delete those line objects which are both defined by the block, and nominated in the Lines field. If the Lines field is blank, then all line objects defined by the block will be deleted.
Selecting the 'Planimetric Only' check box will limit the lines that can be selected for deletion to non contourable lines.
Click the Close button to exit the command.
