Edit/Alignments/Modify Chainage

(This functionality is available with the Computations module)

Adjusts the chainages of an alignment object.

Any Alignment Chainage Equation, which covers the point at which the chainage is adjusted, will be altered accordingly. Chainages outside the coverage of the relevant chainage equation will not be affected.

Item	Used to
Alignment	Select the alignment which is to have its chainages adjusted.
Point ID	Select the point on the alignment, for which you wish to specify a new chainage.
Chainage	Enter the new chainage for the selected alignment point.
Apply	Apply the new chainage to the alignment (or that part of the alignment covered by the appropriate chainage equation).

Note: When a Chainage is modified, this effects the chainage equation before the point selected. If no chainage equation exists, it will be necessary to Create a Chainage Equation.
