The user folder is where the system stores and looks for the following types of files.

• Font files (.fnt)
• Symbol files (.sym)
• Line Style files (.lin)
• Symbol Lookup files (.slu)
• Line Style Lookup files (.llu)
• Font Lookup files (.flu)
• AutoCAD conversion files (.cgn)
• MicroStation conversion files (.cxf)
• DOSCAD.cnv
  Pen colours and line widths can be re-assigned when importing a LISCAD DOS CAD drawing file. To do this, a text file named 'DOSCAD.CNV' must be created and located in the user definable a HREF="SetFolders.htm" User Folder. This file contains lines with the following space separated fields.
  'OldColourNum' 'NewColourNum' ’NewLineWidth'
  Where:OldColourNum, is the LISCAD DOS CAD colour number.
  NewColourNum, is the new colour number.
  NewLineWidth, is the new line width.
  For example,to change LISCAD DOS CAD colour 1, to colour 0, with a line width of 0.18, the line must read.
  1 0 0.18
  Note: Line width is in millimetres.

By default, the user folder is the Common Application Data Folder.

The User Folder can be changed by selecting Configure/Folders.
