Options

The following options control the precision used to for reporting and displaying object properties.

Basic Description
Angle Precision of displayed angles.
Area Precision of displayed areas.
Direction Precision of displayed directions.
Distance Precision of displayed distances.
Percentage Precision of displayed grade as a percentage.
Ratio Precision of displayed grade as a ratio.
Scale Precision of displayed scale factor.
Unitless Used by the K-factor when computing curves for vertical alignments.
Velocity Precision of displayed velocity.
Volumes Precision of displayed volumes.
Coordinates Description
Easting/Northing Precision of displayed grid coordinates.
Height Precision of the displayed height.
Latitude/Longitude Precision of the displayed geographic coordinates.
Notes
  • Precisions are used for display purposes.
  • Precisions are used for values and tolerances in reporting.
  • Precisions are not used for exporting.
  • Text uses the precision set in the text style.
