Controls

The following controls appear in the Find page when objects are found by name.

Control Description
Name Type the name of the object to find.
Use wildcards Select the checkbox to use wildcards in the search.
Note:
  • * - Use an asterisks to imply many characters.
  • ? - Use a question mark to imply a single character.
Notes
  • All visible layers are searched.
  • All objects found with the input name are selected in the model view.
  • The objects attributes and properties are displayed in the Attributes tool window.
  • The keyed in value is sanitised for leading and trailing spaces.
