| Edit Viewport |
In edit viewport mode, you can:
- use the View Tools to zoom, pan and rotate the viewports contents.
- use your mouse to zoom and pan the viewport's contents.
- use the Layers - Viewport Tool to edit the visibility of layers, the connectivity of the viewport layers with the model view layers, or the layers display options for the viewport. These settings are unique for each viewport.
- use the Options - Viewport tool to edit the display options for a model viewport. These settings are unique for each viewport connected to a model view.
- Click Reset in the Layer - Viewport dialog to revert to using the layer display options from the model view.

| Notes |
- Click
or press ESC to exit edit mode.
- Model view or long section view data is not displayed when you zoom to a level where the viewport dimensions exceeds the supported values.
- Locking a viewport restricts editing.
- Long section viewports use the long section views display options. The viewport does not need to be in Edit mode to edit these.
- When using view tools in a long section tool, the tools apply to the long section region only.
