Create a table in a model view using a table style.

Control	Description
Style	Select a suitable table style for the selected objects.
Exclude duplicates	Select the checkbox to prevent duplication of rows.
Exclude lines with linked bearings and distances	Select the checkbox to exclude lines that are linked to both bearing and distance text at the time the table is created.
Exclude lines longer than	Select the checkbox and type a distance in the box, to exclude lines that are longer than the specified distance at the time the table is created. Use this to create short line tables.
Insert	Click, then click in the model view at the location where the table is to be placed.

Notes

Select the objects to use in the creation of the table.
A table is dynamically updated when the objects in the table are edited or deleted.
You can override the appearance that a table inherits from a style by editing the table properties in the Attributes tool window.
Deleting a reference number will delete the object that the reference number was linked to from the table.
Editing the tables table style will update the appearance of the table providing Update Appearance is selected in the Attributes tool window.
Editing the tables properties in the Attributes tool window will automatically disconnect the table from the style. Click Update Appearance in the Attributes tool window to revert back to the table style settings.
Recreate the table to add new items.
Consider the colour of the background or image behind the table, when defining the table colours in the tables layer, or style.
When displaying blocks, line styles, plan symbols or colour bands in a table, consider the colour of the cells fill, background or image behind the table when defining the objects colours.
Colour Inversion is on when a table is created.
When using a solid fill with the same colour as the model view or drawing sheet, clear the tables Colour Inversion checkbox.
